By creating an account or using TiltShield, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

TiltShield is a behavioral tracking and accountability tool for traders. TiltShield is NOT a broker, financial advisor, signal provider, or trading platform. TiltShield does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide financial advice of any kind.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Weekly Premium: billed $9.99 every 7 days.
• Monthly Premium: billed $19.99 every 30 days.
• Challenge Pass: one-time payment, no recurring charge.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent lockout or enforcement features through technical manipulation, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or share account access with other individuals.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing within TiltShield constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility. See our Risk Disclaimer for full detail.

7. Limitation of Liability

TiltShield is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or financial outcomes of any kind arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from lockout periods, system downtime, or inaccurate behavioral analysis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
