Subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly Premium)

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Challenge Pass (One-Time Purchase)

Challenge Pass purchases are non-refundable once activated, as access to the full enforcement system is granted immediately upon payment.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service you paid for, contact support@tiltshield.xyz within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are evaluated case by case.

Founding Member Rate

Founding Member pricing is a promotional lifetime rate and is non-transferable and non-refundable, though it may be cancelled like any standard subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@tiltshield.xyz with your account email and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Flutterwave.
