Your data. Your behavior. Protected.
TiltShield is not a broker and never connects to your trading account, exchange, or broker credentials. The system has no ability to place trades, access funds, or view your balances. It operates entirely on data you log manually — trade direction, emotional state, and rule adherence.
Data Handling
All behavioral data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Your trader profile and session history are stored on managed infrastructure with row-level security — meaning your data is only ever accessible to your authenticated account.
Payments
All payments are processed through Flutterwave. TiltShield never stores your card details directly.
AI Processing
Behavioral analysis is generated using OpenAI's API. Session data sent for analysis is anonymized at the field level where possible and is not used to train OpenAI's models per their API data usage policy.
Account Deletion
You may request full deletion of your account and all associated behavioral data at any time from Settings or by contacting support. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
